Knowing that something always comes out of nothing has been the modus operandi and just to live in the present with the work. The constant change is noted and the space between your fear and your hope is pushed to the breaking point. Falling bodies and the things that fall with you. My parachute is the piece I'm working on and all else the impossibility of perfection. Or as my friend The Plainsman says, "I look at life as a vacation from oblivion." And perhaps that is what art is for me.
